Aerofield Homes Commits to Bridging Housing Shortfall

The Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes Limited, Armstrong Akintunde, has declared the company’s commitment to cutting the housing deficit bedeviling Nigeria.

It said the development informed its decision to collaborate with Odu’a Investment to enhance the provision of decent housing for Nigerians.

Akintunde spoke on Friday, May 3, 2024 during the groundbreaking of the construction of Ikeja Luxury Apartments, a joint housing project by the two companies, according to a statement.

The project is nestled within the highbrow area of Ikeja GRA, Lagos State.

While hailing this historic partnership with Odu’a Investment, the Aerofield CEO reaffirmed the company’s commitment to getting the housing project delivered in record time.

Akintunde said “we are extremely proud of this partnership and we are grateful to all the drivers of these lofty dreams, I mean those who believe in our capabilities and expertise to make a huge difference in providing decent and qualitative housing for Nigerians.

“I must appreciate the Chairman of this conglomerate, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, for his dynamic leadership and courage to expand the frontier of economic prosperity of this renowned business empire with collaboration such like with ours which is designed to address the housing needs of Nigerians.”

According to the CEO, the firm will continue to explore partnerships that will enhance the growth of the sector.

He said, “Aerofield Homes is known for the prompt delivery of quality homes anywhere in the country and we are always willing to partner with individuals, groups and government as long as the efforts are tailored towards solving the housing challenges in the country. Our main concern at Aerofield Homes Limited is pushing down the figure of Nigerians without decent shelter and this we have been pursuing with tremendous drive, energy and integrity. “

Delivering his speech at the event, the Group Chairman, Odu’a Investment, Bimbo Ashiru, appealed to Nigerians to invest in the company’s real estate developments and explore various opportunities across its different business interests, saying that his leadership and commitment to deliver sustainable returns and manage risks effectively remains as solid as ever.
