The Lagos Earl Estate Fest now for its 5th edition is scheduled to hold on the 27th of June, 2024 at the Landmark Event Center, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Having grown to become an important meeting place for real estate stakeholders in Nigeria, Lagos Real Estate Fest will convene regulators, investors, developers, architects, designers and other industry players, working across various verticals of Nigeria’s real estate market.

The event will convene over 2,000 attendees for a day of conference, exhibitions and networking.

Themed: ‘Driving sustainability and affordability in Nigeria’s property value chain’, the event will focus on five key themes, which will include regulatory framework, finance and capital, green developments, infrastructure, land and urban planning.
