INTEGRATED real estate development and Investment company, Esso Properties Limited, has opened a new branch at Festac Town in Lagos State.
The company, established over five years ago, now has four offices: Shapatti and Ikota (Lagos Island), Awka and Festac Town.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Smith Ezenagu said the company parades experts with decades of experience in the industry.
‘’ At Esso Properties, we are not throwing up estates and pushing them into the market. But we study the needs analysis of the people and come up with estates tailor made to address those needs. These estates are Berry Prime Estate, Sunray Estate and Summer View Estate in Awka while we have Sunray Estate, Emerald Gardens, Silverland Gardens, Summer View Estate and Solex Villa Estate in Lagos.
‘’In addition, we are graduating over 40 real estate students from the third batch in Lagos and second batch in Awka of our Esso Academy…’’
Guest speakers at the event, hosted by MC Ovie Agofore and comedian, Kenny Blaq, are Coach Spark Ovadje and Chief Executive Officer of One Big Pie Consulting Saviour Ogonenwe.
