The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) has added to the number of fellows in its fold.

In an investiture ceremony held in Abuja, President of NIESV, Johnbull Amayaevbo, said the institution was satisfied with the quality of people that made the fellows’ status of NIESV.

The event tagged “30th Johnwood Ekpenyong Lecture & 2024 Fellows’ Induction” was performed by Amayaevbo, Chief Simon Okeke of Knight Frank and Co. and Victor Alonge, First Vice President of NIESV.

Amayaevbo described the new fellows as deserving and urged them to remain committed to the profession.

“We are delighted that you made the list of our fellows today.

“Please, note that your choice was carefully done and we expect that you will going forward to lift the practice of the profession in this country and beyond.”

Amayaevbo added that the reinvigorated institution will continue to remain the beacon of the industry, stand ready and be willing to advise as well as perform in the government reforms.

Among those recognised was a real estate magnate, Managing Director and Chief Executive, Aircom Nigeria Limited, Chief Yemi Idowu.

Idowu, along with other leading lights in the building industry were recognised for their lifelong contribution to the real estate profession and the national economy.
