The National House Building Council (NHBC) has revealed in new data that affordable homes completions rose 10% in 2023.
Build-to-rent and affordable housing completions by housing associations totalled 45,649, up 10% compared with 2022, and the highest figure recorded by the warranties provider.
However, completions and registrations overall were significantly down in 2023, it further revealed.
