Lagos-based property development firm, Messrs Tetramanor Limited has begun construction of a 30-floor luxury housing tower, known as TM HighGardens in Eko-Atlantic City (EAC), Lagos.

The project, an 82-unit apartment comes in one, two, three bedrooms, four bedroom maisonette and penthouse.

Strategically located in the Harbour Lights district of the city, having views of the Marina, port and waterways, it boosts amenities such as high-speed elevators, office space, 24-hours security, CCTV/backup power transformer, bar and lounge, gym/salon, super fast Fibre optics connectivity, elevated pool and garden/playground.

Speaking during the ground-breaking of the project at the weekend, the Chief Executive Officer, Tetramanor Ltd, Mr Femi Beecroft, said the iconic development, which is the firm’s flagship project would be a true definition of affordable luxury, considering the sizes of the homes at low prices.

He said the project to be completed in 42- months would be one of the tallest buildings in Nigeria, using quality materials, the best innovative construction methodologies and a team of reputed professionals.

Beecroft explained that in developing a project of such magnitude, there are challenges especially, getting the technical details right, adding that it involves bringing on board competent professionals and constant review.

According to him, the equity that people will bring into the project depends on the trust they have developed over time for the developer and their subsequent subscription to the project and support from banks.

The Marketing Manager, South Energyx Nigeria Ltd and the promoter of Eko Atlantic City, Mr. Pierre Edde, commended the developer for partnering with them in the development of the city, which he said, is being built to international standards.
