Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited has kicked-off the construction in its newly acquired land that would accommodate 10, 000, mass housing units in Abuja.

Chairman of Zoe New Dawn Nigeria Limited, Engr. Akpa Achema Stephen, who addressed journalists in Abuja, said the new site, the Hill City, will provide opportunity for more Nigerians, especially low and middle-class families, to get a decent accomodations.

He said: “I have always prayed to God to help me find a lasting solution to the housing difficulties our dear hardworking civil-servants and those the society has classified as low-income earners face.

“They have stabilised economy yet cannot build a decent house for themselves because of the high cost. This is why we partnered with another vibrant real estate firm, Casa Cubana Homes, chaired by my brother Obi Cubana, to come up with this project.

“There will be 10,000 mass housing units in Hill City Community. It will feature a variety of building designs and smart home systems for everyone regardless of financial capability. The project is located in a fast-developing and secure district in the FCT.”

Achema described the Hill City community project as dear to his heart because it addresses the needs of the underserved in the society, adding, “we have always built for the high and mighty in the society in places like Guzape, Jabi, Wuye, Asokoro, Katampe and recently our one-of-a-kind New dawn and Casa Cubana Golf Resort in Kukwaba.

“But this Hill City community project is different from the others. This is our way of saying thank you to our father, mothers, brothers and sisters for their dedication and passion for our nation. The plan is to reach out to other major cities and states, such as Lagos, Enugu, Delta and Anambra with similar kind of projects.”
